Omg Dave. My narc is almost always on phone. If not – reading a books but I pointed it out once when she acused me of sitting and playing vudeo games. I told her its my hobby and mentioned she used to read why she is not doing it. Since then she using books as well but mostly on phone. Shopping or fb. I ve should known on the beginning of relationship. If someone is meeting you and let you sit for 5 mins while being on phone it is instant no to that person.

The music is annoying. The man I was with alcoholic. Egotistical. First date bragging about his family money. Etc. after 6 months brought a second home. But was always busy. On the phone. He had 2 phones. Not sure at the time but still don’t??? Any ideas????Never connected to me emotionally but wanted to know what I was doing. Even controlled the sex. On his Facebook. His job disciption. Was Master of fun. Meaning sex. I never thought he was attractive just nice. And I was very vulnerable not dated for 13 yrs. than met this slug. Caught him with another female that was an addict. She told me everything. She said he said this and that about me. To think I’d ever trust him again. So I haven’t heard anything since I walked away from him. He will come across the wrong female. She will kill him or her husband or boyfriend. Playing a really dangerous game. Glad I found out. Took me a while to actually realize I was just a stupid ass female. He even went on the dating site I met him on. Now an invisible mode there. So I left my account open but I never go on there. Like stalking in many ways. Kinda scary

I got real troubles to find out what wrong with my wife : narcististic?, cluster,? Psychopath? Most fitting is narcististic ( covered). She is hypersensitive, paranoid ( never trust me for God know what reason). She is well educated good atractive looking, everything "on spot" Hard working ambitious, saving money and very tight about money.(this is really wife to have ?) First few years of marriage was really normal, nice. After she started devaluate me for whatever reason, to the point of humiliation (strange i think ?). Than : everything started to be feeling like I'm in game competition (weird) even chopping onion. She stand above you and say : you are useless ~you are slower than me. Another weird thing : she found all my girlfriends from before marriage and she got data about me using in moments of argument against me. I was having feeling like I'm with prosecutor who collect evidence against me ? strange. Then :small misunderstanding was reason from her side to never ending fight. For example : I was late for her to airport ( normal human thing) and she raised hell lasting 2 month (weird). And even 2 years after she was returning to it.. I had a feeling like I at least killed her mother by running over by car… ? Strange again.. Then another thing : when conflict appeared she never was willing to talk about it ~ just turned around and she walked away..

My ex didn't hide his phone he had it in lock. He knew that even if he didnt have it on lock i wouldn't go in his phone. We"d listen to music and he would give me his phone for music and bluetooth and go to the bathroom which he wasn't worried about because if i even tried to look the music would go off. And even if that wasn't the case he'd either erase or hide his conversations with a male friend quote on quote or it was a fake cousin Aunt uncle sister or brother. Im not stupid the only thing that made me stupid was that my gut my intuition was letting me know what was going on and i questioned him he got defensive and make up a lie quick time or he'd turn it around on me. He never accused me of cheating.

It's more about the social media and dating cites narcs use.. they like their iPads too.. I don't have one of those but I use my phone for everything.. So, I don't think it's the phone. I think it's the person using the phone. Or iPad/tablet/computer.

I go to a support group where I talk among other things about the narcissist who created problems in my life. One thing they've told me since I've totally pushed this family member outta My life is to talk to him or write him a letter of closure to officially end it. I disagree. Because it may be giving this self absorbed loser the idea I'm letting him off the hook. I don't want to give him any signs I'm letting Him back in.
