   It may just look like it's just rubbing lotion to some but anything more than just rubbing can cause problems for the mama and baby, especially in the legs, where there could be blood clots. S: This vid was real easy to follow. Great job!

    No, you want to avoid deep pressure on the popateal on any massage since it's an endangerment- zine do to all the nerve-endings & blood vessels there. Blood clot in ANY one in any stage is a contraindication to massage. If it broke free then it could cause a stroke. Avoid deep pressure on the legs bcuz, not only the trigger points, but also they pregpp are PRONE to getting blood clots. If u see any signs of a blood clot, don't massage & refer them to a doctor

    I am a licensed massage therapist & this video does have good pointers for the general public about giving a prenatal massage but as an LMT there are somethings that shouldn't be done. The massage therapist is wearing a ring, not good. Then she touched the ladies foot then worked on her head/scalp, i usually end with feet AFTER i've worked their scalp for hygiene reasons. You don't want nasty feet smell/grossness being shared on the head. Anyways, this is a great informational video.
