   Lastly, just wanted to wholeheartedly agree and commend you for your stance on mediation and bringing it into the school system. Practicing mindfulness is something my husband and I are very much looking forward to teaching our children.

   Girl I totally understand you .. I am polish and my husband is Spanish our both families are far away. With our first child I didn’t have a help at all and i remember that time as a nightmare… I remember times when i try do all cleaning cooking organizing and end up so frustrated and upset. We also didn’t have babysitter bcuz i didn’t trust anyone ?. Now we waiting for our second and i pray to God for at list 4 hours of sleep, bcuz our son didn’t sleep at all. Just something I noticed: I don't know what the guidelines are in the US, but I know that in the UK we're told to never wash raw chicken as it can spread the bacteria around your kitchen and into clothes etc, while all the bacteria in the chicken itself is killed during the cooking process anyway!

    Yes, absolutely agree with the going on dates with baby… I also feel so much more comfortable with baby being with me then leaving her behind with someone.. i feel that it’s not only uncomfortable for the baby but also for the people (mostly my parents) that I am leaving baby with because they don’t 100% understand what the baby wants nor does baby know exactly how to communicate with them about her needs…. it’s just easier to go out with the baby cos so many places are now more and more baby friendly and baby enjoys better with family when I am around (may be just lurking in the background ? in case I am needed) ….
