I feel I am probably gonna be leaving more than comment..as I am only 3 mins in and l already had to stop to wipe away my tears of gratitude and just take a breath .phew…so incredible .you have really helped me so much. The tips I have heard already are great. i think I my have been saying the wrong things. But I have done some stuff right. Once I realised that I couldn't snap her out of her slump I just stayed present and soothed and massaged her back and let her know we love her and we are here, and that whatever is bothering her will pass.
