Oh man Teal I can't tell you how thankful I am for these two parenting videos. You are amazing. My childhood was overflowing with physical, mental and emotional abuse but you are right- the beatings were not as hard to overcome as the emotional abuse. It took my twin soul coming to me to help me through the shame and guilt worthlessness and emotional neglect and fear of love, fear that I am neither meaningful or worth paying attention to, that came from my childhood, and I am still working on that healing. But I am a mother too, and I parent from I am proud to say, and thanks to my connection with my Higher Self a conscious perspective; I parent pretty much opposite how my parents did me. I may still have healing to do but Spirit ensured I was Awakening before I had my child so I can raise him with unconditional love, not judgment. He is so fun and happy and a joyful and peaceful and open to Spirit. His light shines very brightly and if there is one thing I can say I have done well in 41 years it is that I have been a good guide to him so far. No I am not perfect but we are two peas in a pod and I love him more than I could possibly imagine. I do want him to be happy and I do NOT want him to grow up having the deep issues I've had because it really does bring Hell on earth and he is made to have a life mainly of joy and abundance. For this reason I work hard to be aware of how I parent him, and yeah it does buck the system but oh well. Children were not born to conform nor did they come to us for us to punish them, scare them or harm them in any way including hitting them. Thanks again. Your work is priceless.

Your child is the culmination of the perspective of you and your partner
The child helps you to expand your consciousness
If you have not reparented your childhood needs you are controlled by your childhood needs and impulses
Your emotional self has not grown up then
Dictators are angry, fearful 5year olds with nuclear weapons
Your external child gives you the ooportunity to reparent your inner child
You need to address your chiodhood wounds to be able to love your child
Be willing to reintegrate your childhood wounds to be able to ask yourself: what did you need from your parents that you did not get?
This makes you figure out the mistakes with your own child and how to parent your child instead
You will parent your child like your parents parented you if you dont become more conscious
The best you can do for your children is to integrate your own childhood pain otherwise you will pass your wounds to your children and the wounds of your parents
You project your wounds on your children and that the child needs to be fixes instead of yourself
You try to change the reflection in the mirror
But the cause is your own pain in you
–> healing the emotional body video, do it daily
If you see the child as the problem ask yourself:
What kind of environment is this child growing up in in his perspective?
What self concept is it fed by? Is it seen as the problem?
If you have an issue with your child its not about your child but about an unhealed aspect of yourself.
If you shift, your child will shift
Ask yourself what you wanted from your parents in the same scenario if your child gets angry?
You didnt want to ne fixed but to be unfonditionally loved
Be with your child unconditionally present for it with its emotion occuring.
Thereby you enable your child to understand that it is capable of fully feeling its emotion and that you be with them
You dont want to whisk your child out of the emotion because this teaches your child that emotions are bad and need to be avoided
This compounds internal fracturing and it will become not emotional intelligent and it will from and dissociate from its emotions and itself so it abandons itself
Important pillar of parenting: Validate your child emotions
Most peoplencant handle their child being upset so they try to calm it down for self preservation
Just as you need to be present with yourself no matter how you feel you need to be present with your children no matter how they feel
If you invalidate your childs emotions and prevent your child to feel its emotions and force it to suppress its emotiins the emotion is stuck as an imprint within the childs emotional body which cintinues with it into adulthood which bcomes an imprint and will mirror out in its adult life in situations that make him feel guilty, shamful, poor etc.
Remember: Every single emotion the child experiences is valid.
Because The child comes from source where is unconditional abundance and love it is painful to be in a conditional world where abundance seems limited
Extreme resction is absolute valid
Kneel down to you childs level and express genuine empathy like "I know, lovey, it okay to feel upset, I would feel the exact same way when I want something that I can not have"
Encourage the child to Express verbally how they feel or where they feel the feeling in their body
Thereby you allow your child to go through the feeling and be with them.
This makes your child emotional intelligent
Notice that you dont try to make the child feel better by giving the child what it was asking for, you dont try to rescue your child from the negative emotion because this makes it believe that negative emotions are bad or wrong or to be avoided
You dont give in to the child and make it a dictator of the household
Your child shall be treated as an equal member of the household instead
Explain your child that its not about that your child does not deserve what it wants but that yoy have not enough abundance mentality
Dont try to be perfect in front of your child. Explain your child about your shortcomings, explain your child that you may not know the answer, show them the way to search for the answer, the process of learning
You dont show your child that its believes are right but how they feel is valid. You mirror the childs emotions by saying " I bet that feels scary … I would feel scared too in that situation when I was your age"
As you dont fight against the childs emotions they will blow away quickly
Dont shame your child. Shaming is emotional abuse, it creates humiliation. Shaming makes the parent the enemy.
Children cant learn by being shamed but by the consequences of their own actions
Realize the value to children of making mistakes on
This teaches the child to tske responsibility
Let your child experience the consequence withoit saying I told you so
Shame makes you believe your child that it is bad, this is worse than guilt.
Reality is that emotional abuse causes far more damage to your chiod than physical abuse
Society condemns all forms of abuse but holding emotional abuse up and accepting it at the same time
Emotional abuse corrodes your childs sense of self
This causes traumas within the child which prevents them to thrive
The more you integrate your own childhood the more you will see how damaging so called "good parenting" of nowadays is and what long term negative effects popular accepted typenof parenting has
Question everything
As you did not become conscious you will parent your children as your parents parented you
Question everything how you think childhood should be
, every way you think you should be with your children, every way you think your children should be with you.
Make the choice to become fully conscious, of yourself, of your children

Most common issue nowadays is trying to give our children everything in order to avoid their frustration. Parents will assume the child´s suffering as their own, so the child feels no pain. They give all their power to their kids, and then say thing like "My kid is always challenging me", as if the problem was the kid. Children are not allowed to get bored or take risks. However they are allowed to slave their parents. These parents do not know what their role is.

Every emotion a child experiences is valid. An extreme reaction is appropriate.
React by kneeling down and showing empathy: “I know honey, it’s OK to feel upset. I feel the exact same way when I want something that I don’t feel l ike I can have”.
Encourage the child to express verbally how they feel or where they feel the feeling in their body.
With this you allow them to have feelings and not suppress them, allow them to move through the feeling, cause them to know that no matter what you will be there for them and with them through everything, they are not alone.
The result is an emotionally intelligent child.
Note that you are not rushing to make the emotion better by giving the child what he was asking for, we did not try to rescue them from their emotions so we avoid causing them to believe emotions are bad, wrong, to be avoided. You also do not give in and buy what they want, become a doormat, the child did not become a dictator who everyone is a slave to. Instead the child is treated as an equal member of the household, equal to adults.
It is OK to explain the child that as a parent you also have shortcomings, that you might not know the answer, that you are not Gods. Show them process of going looking for the answer, to learning. Encourage that someday they might found out the answer themselves.
Mirroring the emotion: empathize with how they feel and express how you recognize how tht feels, that it is ok to feel that way, that you felt that same way once, that anyone would feel that way. The result is that a child does not fight against a negative emotion and so it blows over quickly.
DO NOT shame your child. Example: the child does not want to go to bed. You warn them of the potential consequence (feeling tired the next day). Let them find this out for themselves.
