   After trying every gentle method of sleep for over a year, we have sleep trained my son (several times) and are now going through it again at 21 mos. He sleeps through the night, but is having trouble falling asleep. He used to just lay down on his pillow with his stuffed animals and then I'd kiss him and leave the room and he would talk to his stuffies until he fell asleep but now he throws ALL of his stuff out and screams for half an hour or so. I just cant go back to having him sleep on me or any of that, but I don't know what to do other than letting him cry to sleep. Which sucks, because I know how stressed I have always felt about sleep as a child

   Hello. Thank you for sharing your advises. I wanted to ask if you could also advise or help with some resources about how to gently stop nursing to sleep. My son is 22 months old falls asleep nursing since he was about 9 months. He also wakes up at night 3-4 times. We co-sleep and at night I also nurse him to sleep. Could you please share your experience regarding this or recommend a no-cry method to change this pattern? Thank you!
