    This specifically is concerning me with the dairy as I am doing well as a vegetarian now for one year but rely heavily on yogurt and cheese (not into beans lol). I LOVE yogurt at night will miss it. I must add that I have easily maintained my weight for first time in my life since I gave up meat. I preface this with I exercised daily before and after becoming vegetarian and became because I could no longer in good conscious eat meat.

    I was denied meat growing up. I had problems exercising I was constantly weak and out of energy. I did not build muscle or make progress from exercise. when I started working and having a supply of my own money I would sneak meat into my diet. my body changed almost instantly. I was in a better mood. I had energy and was able to actually start building muscle and making progress physically. my stamina and endurance was able increase. please do not fall into this trap. these people do not know what they are talking about. also they have no regard for the living plants that they consume or the massive loss of insect and animal life in order to protect the crops.
