This guided hypnosis saved my life, my neighbour's life, my wife's life, and everyone else near us. TY so much for helping me. During 4 years, a highly repetitive stimulus caused by my neighbour was triggering an automatic sequence of extremely violent revenge plots. It was so frequent that I developped an obsession based on self-righteous anger, a psychosis and a depression. I could not stop feeling angry and thinking about the neighbour. I can now hear the stimulus without feeling anger and the fight response of my reptilian brain is not triggered anymore. I cannot believe how good it feels to just be at peace after all this energy I spent fighting my urge for violent rétribution. Jesus Christ was a genius of psychology… Forgiveness is the key to inner peace… It does not requires willpower to stay calm anymore.

My partner called me drunk, picking fights and them paased out. In the middle of the night. I am really thankful I know about this meditation. I cannot seem to shake feeling disrespected and confused. I pray my partner realize drinking is not good and that they change their life. I atleast want an apoligy. Cant reason with a drunk. I was carrying three big huge rocks in my bag during the meditation,I thought I released the biggest rock when I was forgiving the person who hurt me but no the biggest and the heaviest rock was at the end when I was forgiving myself and I cried so much after doing that,now I feel so much better,this stuff really works.thank you sooooooooooo much.

On this 11/11 I find myself filled with anger and resentment for my father's side of the family. I want to turn this around but also face this hurt – I want to be authentic – and stand up for myself – that isbmy manifestation wish/intention as I move on in this journey – finding my voice and teaching others to do the same.

I'm starting to think I myself may have issues with managing my own anger, and am going to give this a try, just yesterday I found myself going into a fit of rage and actually unleashing my fury at my own dog who I love very much, and while I didn't do anything to hurt her she went into a state of terror from my rage and it sent me into a shock realization that I might have a problem as I cant believe I actually terrified my own dog, I do suspect that it may stem from my childhood in which I was one of those "weird/different kids" who got heavily bullied, enough to the point that I suspect I might have a mild form of PTSD from it, so here I am giving this a try, I'll have to see how it works for me over the next few days.

My husband went out with coworkers and didn't come home until late today. I felt frustrated waiting for so long.
I started listening to this and remembered childhood memories where I felt scared and lonely at night when my father was drinking outside and didn't come home.
I'm not mad at nobody. I just still have scars. Listening to this open my wounds and my heart hurts. But this is better than being mad.
Hopefully I can heal myself by meditation someday. I wish everyone who's listening to this can be healed too.
