   I am so happy we're doing this series together! I couldn't agree more, the first step is to remain calm. Ahem – I've lost it more times than I'd care to admit. But whenever I can maintain my cool, the meltdowns resolve with much greater ease. And we focus on building our relationship and a spirit of teamwork instead of shutting down their emotions. I love the hot chocolate idea! And I need to set up a designated calm down spot, I think. I'm contemplating buying a cocoon swing just to give my son a calm "tent" to relax in – away from his sisters. Can't wait for the next one!
