   Derek, this looks great! We are about to order our metal building for our property in Portal, AZ not too far from you. We've been looking at Versatube (because of your videos) and Mueller. Haven't made up our mind yet. Seems Versatile is the easiest DIY building to assemble, but Mueller's seem very strong and a bit less expensive. It didn't even cross our minds to put a greenhouse on the south side! This would give us a head start to growing food before we install a Waipini greenhouse. I think we would put in an earthship style system by building earthbag or ferrocement fish raceways inside. I also think we wouldn't put in a cement pad for that portion. We want to install a geothermal heating/cooling system and plant some small trees in the uncovered ground. We could also keep chickens sectioned off in one corner in the winter. I have read chickens give off a lot of heat, so that would give free heating as well as predator protection. Just a few thoughts.  

   How well do you think the clear panels would hold up during high winds? The San Simon Valley is very windy. Wouldn't want my investment to blow away 🙂

    I put galvanized metal on the bottom section of my greenhouse to save money on buying the Tufftex panels, also to keep from putting holes thru with the mower!!! I sure like the Tufftex compared to the fibreglass panels, which have lasted nearly 20 yrs but are getting brittle. I sure like the joint you put in so will be looking for that!! Thanks!!

    I was watching a show about a farmer that had a large green house, he kept it warm in the winter and cool in the summer by laying a plastic pipe 8' in the ground and about 300' long and used the ground temp. of 64° to do the job and only the fans used power.     OOPS ! Relying on your concrete to be level isn't a good way to set the top of your wainscot. (looking at the "whoopdedoo's" 6:53 shows why). On long runs I prefer piano wire over snapping a chalk line because I can pull it to extreme tensions so it won't dip in the middle. Set the top of your wainscot to the line and caulk or foam the bottom. This ensures a nice fit both above and below the "Z" metal to prevent water getting in and warm air getting out.
    Not using foam top and bottom to seal the cracks or some type of double sided seam tape to increase efficiency I think kind of defeats the purpose of your build if you aren't going to trap that warm air inside.
    Overall not bad for amature work but I suspect when you replace it the first time you will make a few changes. (which makes it that much more important to get your framing square, plumb, and level).
