   WOW…Anyone who is a parent needs to watch this. But the same thing can happen in ADULT relationships. I grew up FREE of these issues.But I have had these "parenting" mistakes imposed upon me, giving me all the follow-on symptoms.I am nearly 70 fully mentally competent,hard working,kind and generous. But I have had my dignity stripped away by being treated as a "bad" child. Nothing is ever good enough,simply because I am different..meaning, I have the natural curiosity I was born with. Most adults have LOST that curiosity before they are out of the school system, having had it systematically "trained" out of them. My parents did SO MUCH to encourage natural curiosity. I wish that I could Thank them. But the memory of that provides a COUNTERPOINT to the present.
