   I do love these videos because they are SUPER funny. But I don't know if I find them to be as effective at changing my life or my habits. I find that since they are the opposite of what I should be doing, I have to REALLY concentrate on the video and listen carefully and then switch all the messages in my head while watching (not easy to do for me). I do appreciate the humour, dont get me wrong. But I like to watch the videos for positive mantras and reminders for my parenting to improve.    FEAR! ? I'm wildly analytical which used to be a great trait pre-children but when it comes to parenting I find it's a giant self-lodged axe in my own back! I have 2.5 year old twins and I often get overwhelmed by them because I'm constantly tired. I'm excited to implement peaceful and respectful parenting techniques however my patience runs out quickly.

   I love watching these videos so much! I would love to sometimes see how you can adapt some of your suggestions to families with multiples (twins, trips and quads etc) because many things are different or simply impossible for us to buy into or adopt and I struggle once in a while to think of ways to implement certain techniques (like sibling rivalry/jealousy/abuse/feeding off of each other's energy etc.) for two related and always together 2 year olds

    Avital , am just anxious about getting through my day with my toddler. Just worrying and wondering if I can make a peaceful mum today. Which on most days am not. But my sister seems to b doing very calm with her parenting self. She never says a harsh word to her child. Never yells at her. I am not aiming to b her.     It’s a deep seated fear of not being good enough which becomes a self fulfilling prophecy as I leave the tv on for days at a time to baby sit my children as I try get my spoonie self together feeding back into the anxiety as I have it together for a day and spend all my spoons for the next week

    I've watched everything you put out there and have loved most of it. These new videos.. I'm just not a fan. I get you're using humor to talk about hard, real, topics, but they just miss the mark. I have an anxiety disorder that I manage day by day and sometimes hour by hour. It's a chemical imbalance and I'm severely allergic to every single medication that might control it.
