    Great story! Inspired me to try it after doing OMAD for a week. I suffered a spinal contusion on November 24th 2017, which caused me to be quadriplegic for 3 hours. I then spent 5 days in the hospital. I was always a athlete and routinely ran 3 miles in 22-23 minutes with a best ever 18:47 in 2013 at 45 years old (now 51). I did not have the option to not work or have someone help me during my seven day fast. But I decided to do it anyway and it seemed amazingly easy for me. The first Couple of days were the hardest but by day four I was actually working out pretty normal. I finished the seven day fast and started eating one meal a day again. On day 10 I decided to run again and was able to finish the 3 miles for the first time in over a year in a little over 24 minutes.That was a month ago…I ran 3 miles yesterday in 21:11. I am 100% convinced that intermittent and prolonged fasting is the key to many health problems. I would recommend this for anyone who has a debilitating ailment or injury. I have read different articles about the suggested level of activity during the 7 days but “to each his own”. You can always stop if you don’t feel good but I worked my regular job and worked out with no consequences. It comes down to your level of pain, your thoughts and your will.
