I honestly don't agree. For me being happy is not just feeling good and living happy moments. Being happy is being able to live with all that life as to give and learn to understand it and accept it. The good, the bad, the uggly. It's impossible to have happiness every single moment in life, but it's possible to be a happy person, to feel like a happy person. This is my thought about it.

This is what I say to my kids every day. Listen what they say, think for a moment if it is true,because most of the time when some one judge you is not about you is about themselves. Ask yourself what do I need to learn from here. IT is hard for them and for me, but we need to teach our children self worth.

This made me tear up-the part where she was talking about rejection. I don't have children and don't plan to any time soon, but I am amazed at how much I am learning about myself as she talks about parenting.
