I didn't have the most positive experience with the birth of my first I wanted a natural birth but ended up with an induction and I resorted to using an epidural. Loved this video Monica and I would love to see more videos about hypnobirthing

Absolutely loved this video! That’s exactly how it went for me, had an epidural with my first, and natural with my second and it was all thanks to changing my perspective of our bodies being made for this, and releasing fear
