Some schools around here require a doctors note if you're going to pack (which I use from my brother & chiropractor) but I'm just curious how you guys go about this? Do you just write a note Dr Z that states the child needs to follow a certain food regimen for health reasons? I've heard some parents in the profession say they let their kids choose their own food at school to try to instill in them that power of choice.
