So many things wrong with this video. Slow down for one. Take your jewelry off. Use some creme/oil on the poor mother. Why are you rubbing her feet then face? Save feet for last. Man the list goes on & on. Also.. if women go into labor from rubbing feet don't you think they would be using that in hospitals and other places of birth? Complete MYTH!

Really poor body mechanics by the therapist. I hope she was just doing this for the video, but I would not mimic this technique, you'll injure yourself.
