Yup. and here it is ..only 9mins in.lol. the 2nd comment! You are so right. I do not listen all the time. Not really. I need to shut up and just be able to listen. Yes! this is gonna be a learning curve for me too. I always try and relate stuff to myself like...yes I used to feel bad and depressed but I built myself up blah blah de blah..and really I ought to just let her talk.. This is the beat advice. thank you so much. I will totally take all this to heart I will. I promise to be a better listener and although I am a chatterbox..there is a time n place. Oh My Goodness!!! I literally am moved to tears that you have taken your time to make this video that is so incredibly helpful and so so kind of you. You truly are an-amazing individual and like some sort of angel. Thank you thank you thank you so so so much for doing this video. I feel I am probably gonna be leaving more than comment..as I am only 3 mins in and l already had to stop to wipe away my tears of gratitude and just take a breath .phew…so incredible .you have really helped me so much. The tips I have heard already are great. i think I my have been saying the wrong things. But I have done some stuff right. Once I realised that I couldn't snap her out of her slump I just stayed present and soothed and massaged her back and let her know we love her and we are here, and that whatever is bothering her will pass. Right..am gonna continue watching! xxxx

I have no child too, and honestly I can only wonder how difficult it may be. I guess that part of the treatment should ( or could ) be the parents mental health treatment as well!?!?!
