Am I correct in saying the offers made to me by Law Guardian Ella Van Loon of 1 day a week of visiting time with my son and no scheduled holiday visits in her recommended piece of garbage court order was a farce because the state of New York never assumed the position of the parent to the child and because their never was a finding of fact that i was an unfit parent? Who is she to come on the scene and tell me that the mother was willing to let me visit with Nick for 2 hours on Christmas when the state never assumed the role of the parent under the Parens Patraie Doctrine? These Law Guardians put on this show that the father's have lost custody of their own children automatically simply because you are in their kangaroo court and because they are making these off the wall recommendations, when they have zero power to start ordering parents around without first a finding of fact that the parents are unfit. No due process in any of these bogus hearings.

My 1st ex wife was so mad, angry and bitter and said she would take me for everything I am worth and she went to court and got full custody.

With my 2nd ex wife we worked together and spend equal time with the child and he is so much more happy and has so much more confidence. It breaks my heart to have to hear my first son tell me how much he misses me and wishes we could spend more time together. The court system needs reform.

Because the states get matching dollars from the federal government they put ever man who gets a divorce into the child support system. More men paying into the State Child Support System the more matching federal dollars they get, it is a multiple billion dollar industry. If you have time look at the documentary, "DivorceCorp", it shows exactly what is going on in the family court system.

I applaud you Ohio for starting the change!

Law guardians for the child will also try to paint a fictitious picture of unfittness by setting up chaperoned visits. The law guardian said to the referee, "I talked to the little boy and he said he wants his mom around when he visits his dad" Keep in mind the little boy only had 2 visits with me that he could possibly remember, one visit when he was about 2 years old and the second visit took place 2 and a half years later when he was 5 years old. In those only 2 visits, that little boy couldn't have been anymore excited to have me there, he was glued to me. On that second visit when he was 5, I brought the little boy a new bike, within 30 minutes of that visit, Proess Server Steven Collins confronts me while I am visiting with the little boy and threatens me with incarceration if I don't appear in family court. I was giving the mother money while the alienation was taking place, and this second invitation was purely sraged to set me up to be served. Child support magistrate Linda Pilato said she couldn't legally look at my receipts that I was sending money to the mother. It was all about inducing me into a child support stipulation that I made clear that I didn't want anything to do with, but I got bullied into this trap because the magistrate kept saying the mother has elected to have them be the bookkeepers. I was never married to the woman, but did offer marriage on the night she told me she was pregnant. I stepped into one trap after the other.

This is a move in the right direction, and it shows that our fight is being heard and observed. With that said we all need to still keep the pressure on so our true constitutional rights is what matters. This step toward shared parenting will help put a leash on fast talking law guardians such as the law guardian in my hearing who said, "The mother is willing to let you see the child for 2 hours on Christmas" The law guardian never put any holiday visits in the court order. And most of the language stated (if agreeable by both parties) A Monroe County sheriff pointed out to me 4 years later that my court order was a void judgment because the court order was never signed by a Judge. These sham hearings are only set up to re classify the father as the non-custodial parent so Title IV-D funds can be earned by the state. It's all about reporting higher collection numbers to the federal government to obtain federal money under Title-IV-D.
This fight for shared parental rights is difficult because too many people have their hand in the cash register. As Professor Steven Baskerville stated. "Fit fathers are purposely separated from their children so the government can charge fathers to visit their own children"
