In the beginning of the week I got news that left me in shock!!! I think this has to do with what you said last week about hearing/seeing things that would blow our minds. And because of that I’m really in this protective mode
Wanting to protect my emotions my heart. almost trying to shut the world out because I don’t want to be hurt and go through the long process of healing.

I just went through some major bullshit with my family. They gaslighted me and ome became abusive. I feel weak from quitting drinking and being overweight so I just feel bad, this didn't help…I just have to hang on.
