I've just started up daily yoga for the past few weeks. I had always enjoyed yoga as a kid- especially the shoulder stand. We also had a book where there was yoga poses of each letter of the alphabet, so we would spell our names or random words out. Definitely really good for your physical and mental health- even moreso for kids who are sitting down all day.

Wow you've really made this parenting talk video so spiritual. Thank you. Your words even brought me back to my personal life and what Im currently going through with my toxic mom. Im expecting my first child, and she once again is bringing about so much damage and pain in my life. Im revisiting a lot of past scars when I thought I was on a secure path of forgiveness and mending. What you mentioned about knowing when to pull back when anything hurts was what my spirit needed to hear this morning. It's so tempting for me to try to power through it, yet it makes myself so much more vulnerable. Thank you for sharing. It's amazing how when you dig into parenting books/ videos, you don't just learn for yourself as the parent, but for yourself as the child. You are a blessing, and your videos so inspiring at the same time as they are groundbreaking. You have a beautiful heart ?
