Then there's teenagers – it's almost impossible for teens to get enough sleep with all their activities and early school hours.The way we do things definitely isn't optimal. Imagine how much smarter and possibly more well behaved we'd if we all got enough sleep? Technology is a great thing, but it is worrisome to think of its ill affects. I'm not sure it's really such a great thing for children to spend so much using them. There are benefits to using them, but that has to be balanced. I can well imagine many more children suffering with attention problems – the stimulation provided by technology can render other activities dull and tough to focus on.
