Powerful indeed Michael, framed in a healthy perspective of forgiveness. I may not forget but, I can move forward with a lighter heart and able to cope so much better. Thank you Michael for all you do. I've been lost for three years, since my ex left, not knowing what to do. My husband went out with coworkers and didn't come home until late today. I felt frustrated waiting for so long.
I started listening to this and remembered childhood memories where I felt scared and lonely at night when my father was drinking outside and didn't come home.
I'm not mad at nobody. I just still have scars. Listening to this open my wounds and my heart hurts. But this is better than being mad.
Hopefully I can heal myself by meditation someday. I wish everyone who's listening to this can be healed too.

Thank you Michael. I feel like I was born angry .. for as long as I can remember I've been angry .. grew up around anger and carried it on .. until now .. Healing from childhood trauma is quite possibly one of the hardest things I've been through. Reading other people's comments help because it makes me feel less alone with these heavy emotions. Sending love to all who are suffering especially those who feel so alone ..

Reading the comments helps so much also. Thank you Michael I am hoping I can stop punishing myself for the pain others inflicted and I let continue. Wish I knew why this all had to be so tough (Survivor of Parental Alienation, Marriage to a Psychopath, Enmeshment, ACOA with Bipolar and DDD.

Thank you Michael. I've always had trouble with my emotions, and anger is a big problem in my family. I often find myself angry at small things and constantly trying not to lash out, but it is hard.
