I once
Said due to my mental health condition i dont want kids, in case i wouldnt cope. Now i know i have a great family they would step in for when i next end up in hospital. Or a few days or forever. But due to meds its not safe. I cant even foster and adopt. But as much as it breaks my heart, If my meds can give my child disabilties on top of my families varied learnibg diabilties. I dont want to risk it. I know i am likely to have a kid with autism im a carrier. And i know if i wasnt ill, i could cope with autism, grew up around it. Ok this is like a therapy rant lol. But i keep watching this and thinking if only i could. But i have thought about this and grieved. But i have neices now so il be the aunty who has fun a few hours every week

Social workers have some amazing souls. I wish it didn’t take so long to Vet these parents because I know tons of kids need stability and love
