I lack self confidence and I’m not comfortable in my own skin. I may have not been myself for a long time. I’m a teenager and I may not remember who I “used to be”.

As a mom I agree 100%. The problem is, I don’t know where to start. I never received any education for handling emotions either. I think we need tips and ideas on how to do it. The first step is done in this video, identifying the need but it needs to start going to step 2: implementation .

I can see how self image issues are a bigger issue today, especially cause of Social media. I believe more focus on wellbeing would equal better academic results as learning is also mental.
