They have the expression like you just gave them a key to a candy store. It is truly worth the patience and time to learn ASL, if not for yourself, for more of the world that can't speak/hear. First of all when fingerspelling you do NOT say each letter but each word at a time. Second. A sign name can only be given by a Deaf after knowing you awhile. Please just learn some basic Deaf/deaf way. Your so not doing this right.
