Thank you for this video. I hope many many people see this video. I'm no autist, maybe I'm on the spectrum idk. Anyway I can totally relate to the overload of stimuli. It just happens. Do not freak out when this happens that just makes it worse. Stay calm and remove stimuli when you can.

This hits home. I have seen my boyfriend go into a breakdown at school a lot. I helped him for two years now. A lot of people make fun of him because he's different and that he's Autistic. It sickens me that people do that to him. I love him for who he is.
