my friend decided to kick me out of their life because I cared more about them being sober and not being around abusive men... maybe I was too aggressive with trying to protect them from people that say they were going to harm them idk, but guess staying up countless hours and days watching someone go through withdrawal, and showing that they have the strength to overcome is one of the best things I have ever seen in my life.

all I ever wanted to do is let them know that people care about them and are willing to help fight through their problems and issues. I know everything is a choice and I totally accept that, but I do sometimes wonder if she made those choices to go back to drugs because of someone that has threatened her life if they didn't let them back in it.

it truly did break my heart to watch my friend go back down that road..

all that I can do is focus on my life and making things better with in it and staying positive for myself :D

I know that things will eventually line themselves up the way they are supposed to be and I'm thankful for that.
